I can suffer from really sore feet, ankles and even pain up to my hip, with arch problems. These really alleviated that. I wear them all day, very comfortable, great fit and support just where I need it. I've tried other ones (cheaper ones) and they just didn't work, or didn't last, I have these a long time now and they are still working great. Highly recommended.

The rear of these is a stiff-ish material, with an arch-supporting and heel-cupping shape. The front section is thin floppy rubber. The top has a fabric covering.For me, the arch support is located a little to far back, and this is not adjustable in any way. If you have a high arch this will not support you at all; I have flat feet and the support is not that noticable. These are very comfortable around the heel area which seems to have a little extra cushioning. At the front, well basically they're just a thin bit of rubbery foam, I guess to make it easier to cut. Overall, they do take up room in your shoes, so if your shoes are a good fit already, then these will only really work if you can remove some existing insoles (like on trainers or walking shoes).In terms of size, I'm a UK 7.5 and bought the 8-9 and didn't have to cut them at all.

After trimming to size following the guidelines an excellent fit in my work steel toe cap safety boots.Only been a day but already felt the benefit of the arch support and padding under the bug toe joints not as much pain as usual

Helped my feet straight away

When working, I'm on my feet most of the day, but usually have to wear smart shoes that are more about style than comfort, so I got some of these to try. Without doubt, they provide useful extra cushioning to the soles of the feet, but the stiffer arch supports feel too far forward, with their highest point pressing just in from of the top of my foot's arch. Even with that slight issue, it's more comfortable than not to wear these.Current price (£15-16 at time of writing) is a bit steep though.

Should have got them before they are so comfortable

The shoe inserts arrived and fitted perfectly. I’m some shoes it can be a challenge due to the depth of the sole, but with the arch support the depth is necessary. The product was well made, very sturdy and as described. It’s helping my daughters knee I just to heel, as the inserts help to stabilise her feet and don’t allow her to roll on the edges of her feet.

My sons podiatrist said these inserts were helping to reshape his flat feet. She said she liked how it supported his feet on both sides and the heel. My teenage son likes them. He rolls his ankles less and and has less knee pain.

Solette ortopediche che mi hanno permesso di risolvere i miei problemi di fascite plantare.

Acquistate per la seconda volta per me, oltre ad averle acquistate anche per mia madre e mio padre. Io faccio uso di plantari ortopedici da una vita, oltre ad avere un ginocchio valgo. Queste solette ovviamente non possono sostituirli ma sono una valida alternativa da usare all'interno delle ciabatte e pantofole che si portano in casa. Buon sostegno per l'arco plantare.

He comprado dos plantillas para probar, a ver si me ayuda a superar la fascitis plantar. Estas plantillas son buenas, de bastante calidad y son muy cómodas. Comparado con las otras plantillas que he comprado, está más acolchado y suave, especialmente en la zona del talón; pero tiene menos apoyo en el arco del pie. Son muy cómodos y no dudo en recomendarlas.

Ich habe eine schwere Arthrose im linken oberen Sprunggelenk und außerdem Probleme mit den Sehnen. Die gekauften Einlagen bieten dem Fuß eine gute angenehme Stütze und verringern wesentlich meine Schmerzen im Fußgelenk. Ich kann sie daher sehr empfehlen.
