First thing I'm a fat guy trying to change. Not trying to be ripped but lose weight and be healthy. Now the product.... This thing is excellent!!!! I suck at sit ups so much so I use my back and caused myself a severe muscle strain. I healed up bought this pad and now I can do meaningful situps, crunches, ab work out in general. So if you're a big dude that struggles and you need help get this. It puts up in a position that engages your core right off the bat. Tighten your ab muscles and pull up gently. You will feel a burn after doing one set of 12. I'm sure peoples different fitness level will vary. I also travel this pad is small enough I put it in my luggage. Build quality seems on point. No assembly. Use right out of the package.

The quality is decent we will see how long it lasts. The weight isn’t an issue it is light. The comfort is fine for what it is. The biggest plus? It isn't over priced like the name brand. Yeah the name brand is made in America but that doesn’t count for much when your average fellow American doesn’t get paid enough to afford that premium. That label seems to only stand for “Hey we can overcharge customers” now days. Anyway, this will do the job just as well as the expensive stuff so don’t hesitate. Save your extra money for things that matter.

It’s work good for someone with back issues.

This product is cool, but it pisses me off that I have to get all the way down on the floor to use it properly. 😆

for a gull grown man its a bit short

I got it for myself as I have a hard time laying down flat on my back for workouts but it was to uncomfortable for me. I’m 5’ 1”. My husband tho loves it to help him with the bench press and he’s 5’ 7”. He’s super comfy using it. The design and quality of the material feels really nice and sturdy like it’ll last for a while. It’s really easy to use and great for the money.

Works great. The folded out part helps with the tailbone irritation that can sometimes happen when doing sit ups and makes it more comfortable to use.
