I ordered these after I sprained my ankle and wore it every day for work (over 8 hours standing). It took me a few tries to figure out how to wrap it comfortably. But afterwards, I didn't even feel that I had it on, and it fits fine into my shoes. The braces provided the support I needed and fulfilled my expectations. I still use them for running and badminton for additional support. Very satisfied overall.

I got this brace to support my recovery after a nasty ankle roll, and I have to say the support is very good. While it obviously won't take the all of the pressure off, it provides excellnt support in periods of stress. I would say that the grip is adequate and it works fine after being through the wash. My warning to be careful of is that at times you may feel it pinch your heels over long periods- I wore it for a couple of days of adventurous activities and I found a small blister on my heel from the way the material grips- but I don't think that's limited to this product

What a fabulous item. I am a podiatrist and used all the usual steps to help my mother's persistent plantar fasciitis. The condition worsened with unbearable heel pain and addition of Achilles tendinipathy. Now we had 2 areas of pain that no one single method could help (custom orthotics and plantar fascia taping, pain killers) or rather to provide quick relief of pain. I have ordered this brace seeing how its construction and material used could alter biomechanics to reduce the pull. I attached this to the foot and immediately my mother reported full relief of pain when both standing and walking. This is so under recommended in management of both plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis - which is a shame as this is simple, affordable, effective and doesn't restrict activities. I cannot recommend this enough.

Got this after I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago helps with relief in the moment but honestly ankles still flaring up so I have had to book in with a doctor take that as you will for the quality of this it is also really easy to over tighten this

I rarely write reviews but this item deserves one!I’m a runner and I’ve been managing a sore Achilles for three weeks ahead of major local run - Round Sheffield Run - 24k with 600m elevation - so no simple run in the park! At the point I ordered this item I gave myself an 80% chance of starting but only a 50% chance of finishing! The support provided by this strapping was exceptional. It’s flexible enough to adjust and it gave me the confidence to run, climb and complete this challenging event! I also wore calf compression sleeves and 12mm drop running shoes but this strapping was the key! The following day my Achilles is better than at any point in the last month! I’ll continue to use the strapping until I’m confident my injury is sorted!

I've recently been diagnosed with Plantar Faciitis and my Dr recommended a support. This has been a God send! I went for a 3 day break, did 15,000 steps a day and felt little to no pain. I was sceptical but this has helped me, it is a little difficult at first to get on your foot but after a few times its easy!
