This book helped me tremendously. Was surprised by the content however I found the affirmations to be great. Daily prayer was on point

Must Read!
This book along with "Love After Heartbreak" were excellent. I will be using these affirmations on a regular basis. They have absolutely change my life and helped to discern what I role I play in my healing in addition to what I must let go of in order to moving ahead.

I have read other books by him, plus I had read the healing book. I love the affirmations and reflection portion, however this book will take over 35 weeks to complete.
