Oh boy what a tasty treat! Never had anything like it in my life. Knowing its high nutritional value and strict adherence to its healthy ingredients made me feel no regrets about this purchase. Worth every penny!

Bitter and Untasty
Extremely disappointed in this product. I like sourdough bread, this does not resemble in any way.The texture is poor and the taste, for me, is inedible. I had a lot of hope for this bread.Also, there are not many slices.All in all not worth the price nor the effort

Great flavor and texture and no rice!
I really like this bread. I think it needs to be toasted for the best flavor and texture (like most gluten free bread). It is not crumbly though and the flavor is great! I love that there is no rice flour in it. Because of the high arsenic/mercury in rice, I try to avoid products with rice so a gluten free bread without rice is an amazing option! I am going to try the other breads from this brand.

A great replacement for a dark German rye.
This is the second best gluten free vegan bread I’ve had. That’s actually saying a lot as a baker I have very high standards. No, it’s not sourdough, but IT IS a very good replacement for a dark German rye bread. It’s thin, hearty, and nutty like the German bread is. Excellent as toast and especially nice moving into Fall when soups will start to be featured again, this is a great accompaniment for a hearty soup. All around a fantastic bread. The only reason it didn’t earn five stars is because of my local bakery’s vegan local bread. But theirs is a different type of bread, more like a whole wheat so I’m super happy to have discovered this bread. Now I have a variety :) !

This is a SMALL loaf of bread with a big price -
The bread was good - a definite sourdough flavor. But I was shocked when it arrived (but thankful for the delivery!) and I saw that it was so small. I didn't count the number of slices, but 15 slices or less.

Best gluten free bread I have found
I am a former professional baker and when I discovered my stomach issues were due to wheat, I was devastated. Needless to say, I've taken my search for a tasty gluten free bread very seriously over the past two years and, thus far, Simple Kneads is by far the best.NOTE: This bread is best when warmed up or toasted. If it is cold and made into a sandwich for eating at work for lunch, it gets kind of crumbly. That is the only downside in my opinion, but I would much rather have that be the issue than eat a bread filled with weirds gums that leave a strange aftertaste and texture in my mouth.This bread actually tastes like a fermented sourdough (because it is) which is a far superior flavor in my opinion than the bland gf breads on the shelves. If you are able to find this brand in your area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Waste of Money
I let myself pay a ridiculous price for a single loaf of bread with the idea that I was going to experience an amazing sourdough bread, which is not typically possible having celiac. The picture makes the bread look like a normal sized loaf of bread, when it's actually just slightly bigger than a soup bowl. The texture is fine, but the taste is not sourdough and only passable as toast. This was a huge disappointment, and I'm bummed I wasted my money on this. Learn from my mistake and don't buy it.

Awful tasting
This brand of sourdough bread is awful tasting. Cardboard has more flavor. I bought it for the clean ingredients but soon discovered that it was not worth it. There are better, cleaner ingredient breads out there that taste a whole lot better.
