Q: How does this compare to Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men's Multi, 240 Capsules?

I have taken both and I think mykind Organics Men's Multi is way better. This formula is Certified USDA Organic which makes a huge difference. I have never experienced any stomach irritation when taken on an empty stomach or with food. I have also noticed an increase in my daily energy after a week of taking "mykind Organics Men's Multi". I was taking the Vitamin Code Men's Multi daily for over a year and after 1 week of switching to this multi I was sold. Best Multi-Vitamin Ive ever taken.

Q: Was the plastic seal on the outside and around the cap of vitamins when you received them or did it just have the seal under the cap?
