I'm really enjoying the flavor. The can is large and it is a lot of seeds. On the can, the company explains other seeds and their uses. Very interesting for a company to do this. It does help in my decision to select and purchase other types of products from this company.Thank you!

low quality
Low quality grain, unexpected amount of chaff and discolored berries. Probably fine for sprouting if that’s your thing but I was hoping to use for porridges & pilaf dishes, ended up grinding the majority for bread.
