TL:DR - I LOVE this scale and will always have a renpho scale from now on. It has all the features of very expensive scales for an affordable price.I love this scale. I’ve used it for a few days now, BUT I had been using RENPHO scale that I’d purchased in December 2018. I am a huge fan of these scales. They are easy to use - they are easy to sync to their app and their app is very intuitive and easy to use. You can add multiple family members. You can share your data. You can track trends over time. The app allows you to do whatever you’d like with your data. It also syncs to Apple Health and other apps so when you weigh it automatically updates and you don’t have to remember to add your weight.I have used this scale for weight loss, and I actually enjoy weighing on it! I weigh daily every morning. It shows weight fluctuations - so I’m more encouraged in my weight loss journey than weighing weekly or monthly. I can see my overall progress.Now. Obviously I love this product. I considered a similar scale that has usb charging. But I’m glad I went with this one that uses batteries. My other Renpho scale batteries lasted over a year.This scale is slightly smaller than my other renpho scale. This is entirely personal preference. I am overweight, and the smaller scale is noticeably smaller when I stand on it - but I’m getting used to it and the space that it saves, although minimal, allows a better fit in my tiny bathroom. Both scales show consistent weight.This scale is THE scale. It performs as well as others that sell for much more money, at an affordable price. I recommend it. Actually, my old Renpho scale was given to my parents who are loving it too.I’ll share some pictures of the scale size and the app.

I bought this scale two years ago back in 2022 in April, and this has been the best scale I invested to have at my home. Ever since that day I've been using the same batteries in that scale and I've been weighing myself once or twice every day and keeping a chart of my weight daily. I haven't tried the Bluetooth at all because I'm not into that part but even if you're not you don't have to use the Bluetooth at all. All you got to do is step on the scale back off and if it shows numbers instead of CAL for calibration, lightly push on it with your foot and the calibration will start up, with "CAL" on the screen, that takes a few seconds. Once it shows "0.0" then you're ready to weigh yourself, it's very simple. I even weighed myself at the doctor's office after I weighed myself at home and it was very close to what their scale said. I highly recommend this scale because it's a great product that lasts a long time and still working today for over 2 years.

I started using a smart scale at my pervious gym. They had an inbody machine that introduced the smart scale to me. Since leaving the gym I’ve been searching for and trying at home smart scales so I could continue to keep track of my progress. The RENPHO is exactly what I was looking for at a steal of a price. For under $30 this scale gives you the feeling that you are using a high ticket item. Firstly the design is perfect. It is small thin and easily hidden away in my small bathroom. Even though it does everything you could ask it is all in the perfect size package. Second, the scale is very accurate. The weight matches multiple other scales I have been using and gives me the confidence that the numbers are spot on, it’s information also linked up perfectly with my pervious inbody stats.Third the app that is connected to the scale is everything you need to keep track of you body. The app is broken into categories that allow you to easily process the information. It also shows you what the average stats are for someone your age And height making it easy to see what needs work.Not only does this scale track your information for you it allows multiple people to connect to it. In a house with two people it’s perfect to have a scale we can both use but keep our information on our own phones only needing to share if we wish.All in all this scale is spot on and is the perfect at home scale for people beginning a fitness and health journey as well as hard core athletes.

I really like how the product works with the app, the app works seamlessly with the scale and gives tons of info and tracks your progress.Getting consistent results, however not full accurate. The weight is pretty accurate but body fat isn't. I went to measure my body weight at a nutrition shop and it was measuring 3% more than what the scale was giving me. So whatever the scale tells you your body percentage fat is add 3%.What can you expect for $20?

I was skeptical that you could get a fancy smart scale, i.e. one that syncs its readings to my iPhone. It just works perfectly, and I love that it measures so many other stats such as BMI, and even "effective age" - happy to say that I'm years below my biological age 😁. For $16, this is an amazing value. It's also small which is perfect for me because it doesn't take up space in a tight bathroom.
