Great product that keeps me hydrated and keeps the cramps away. These are convenient to have if you don't have a lot of water. Good for a race, run, ride or any exercise you need to stay hydrated

I have been struggling with hydration during running long miles. I have a hard time digesting and keeping up with fluid due to the fact of my stomach holding all my fluids and fuel. I would vomit after every long run and I always felt terrible. So I turned to these electrolyte capsules and they have completely turned my runs around. I took the pills every 30mins and I didn’t cramp, it gave me energy and I didn’t vomit after my long runs. I will keep these pills with me for every run now! Also my husband did an ultra marathon and ran out of electrolytes. I gave him some pills to take with him and he said he took the pills and it stopped his cramping and helped him finish his ultra 52.4 miles! He even used them after for recovery and he said thesePills are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!

Love these things. I just completed a 50k, consuming one pill every 15 minutes for 10 hours straight to keep up with my electrolyte loss. They worked flawlessly, and I had no cramping at all. I'll carry these for every trail run from now on. 10/10 would recommend.

I love these capsules for when I don't want to take a whole separate water bottle with electrolyte mix in it, or I don't want the sugar (or fake sugar) of the drink mixes. I take my normal water bottle and take capsules over time as I need them, depending on how hot it is and how much I sweat. Each capsule has a moderate amount of electrolytes, not a ton, so I can dose more precisely than super salty drink mixes where one tablet/packet is a ton of salt.

Works great. I work outside in the nc heat and I take roughly 4 of these a day spread out. No more fighting dehydration. Also took 2 before a recent 7 mile spartan race and no muscle cramps
