Kind of heavy because it's metal aluminum but works like a champ

I took it outside and I jacked up the rear of my car. after three pumps the tire was off the ground and if I needed to change it, I could’ve changed it. It was advertised at six pumps to get it all the way up. Exceeded my expectations. Also, it’s much lighter than other jacks I’ve had. I had one that was almost 55 pounds. This one’s 33 pounds with a handle on the side for EZ carrying and it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my trunk. Yay!

Met my needs - Light weight.

I was surprised at the high quality of the jack. You can tell it was machined well and it's well made. I've had it for months now and it has held up. The handle grip is made of great quality too. It hasn't chipped and isn't coming off on my hands. This was a solid purchase. Priced right.

This item broke after less than 10 uses. When I contacted customer service, they sent me a parts catalog and offered to send me a replacement internal part. I would need to take apart the whole jack and then figure out how to replace the broken part and put it together again -- and I'd have no idea if it was safe to use after that. I asked for a replacement jack and didn't hear back. There are lots of options on the market, this one is not cheap, but unfortunately, the build quality and customer service are not good. Very unfortunate.

It's heavier than I thought it would be. Not much aluminum.
