A Must-have for Double-axle Travel Trailers
I moved from a diesel pusher motorhome back to a truck and Lance travel trailer. ‘Done with Diesels’ is my new motto. I wanted to check the wheel bearings and couldn’t find the proper way to jack up the side. Some people said jack here, some said jack there, and some said never to use a jack at all, so I was confused. Decided to use some of my leveling blocks and build a ramp to drive up onto and that ended in failure. Either it wouldn’t go up without spitting it out and still wasn’t high enough. I resorted to jacking it up at the spot I thought was best, but wasn’t comfortable with the entire side supported with a small bottle jack cylinder. So I ordered this and it was well worth the wait. Trailer pulls right up onto it and the other tire is ready to work on. The weight is more evenly distributed and certainly feels safer. Obviously this won’t work for a single axle, but for double axles it works for maintenance and makes tire changing a breeze. It’s as good as everyone says it is and has a permanent place in my trailer storage compartment.

May need additional piece of wood under Camco for correct lift
This product can be a life saver. I had a tire blow on I40 and used my Camco Trailer Aid to lift the side of the trailer to enable me to swap out the damaged wheel. Please note with certain types of trailer suspension such as “more ride”, you will need to use an additional thickness under the trailer aid ( such as a piece of 6x2 wood slightly longer than the camco). This will help to lift the trailer high enough to raise the wheel to be able to remove. But this worked well on my trailer. Dont forget to loosen all lugs nuts before raising the trailer.Definitely a must have for long distance travelers.

Excellent for changing tires on tandem axle trailers!!
Excellent help for changing tires on tandem axle trailers!! I own a landscaping business with 6 trucks / trailers. We get nails in the trailer tires frequently, and these ramps are incredible to help chang out the damaged tires. I keep one ramp on every trailer!

Not high enough
Nice product but not quite high enough to get the tire off the payment. She woulda needed another blue pill maybe. Had to use the bottle jack to help out. Made it easier though to raise the tire.

Great for emergency roadside tire change
I don't go camping without it. It has come in handy a few times to change a tire on the side of the road in our dual axle fifth wheel. Actually, I've never used it on my own trailer but I had it with me and was able to help friends/family traveling with us. Great investment and peace of mind. We have 28 foot fifth wheels and this is plenty sturdy to change the tires quick and safely. I have even used it to replace and rotate tires or do other work underneath the trailer just to give myself more room. Since I bought two and can have one on each side.

Good Trailer Accessory
Every trailer should have these! I had a two ton jack that was heavy to manuever around so sold that and bought two of these. I can use these to change a tire on a fully loaded horse trailer even. These are solid and not heavy but not lightweight. Price is expensive compared to the two ton jack actually.
