Took 2 pills with water on an empty stomach and waited about an hour before eating breakfast... Much later took another 2 pills again with water on an empty stomach and waited about an hour before having a snack... Avoided caffeine ( heard leaches out calcium from bones) From experience caused knee pain. Drank pineapple juice since Myomend contains bromelain which is the enzyme found in pineapple. But took half dose of calcium with Vit D & K as directed ( latter 2 gets absorbed better with fat so had bread with butter. Felt better by end of the day. No need to take Myomend later nor the next day. Seems expensive but pain in my case goes away quickly. Really need to know what causes the discomfort so Myomend can do its job,

This stuff is the greatest! If I overdo a workout, yard work, walking, any task that I feel pain anywhere I take two and pain is gone!

I wanted something to help my son after he had surgery for pain. It surprisingly helped his pain more than anything else we had tried, and did so naturally. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. It’s made with clean ingredients, doesn’t upset the stomach, and works great!

I looked very hard to find the recommended dosage in the product description. It was easy to see that the bottle contained 60 capsules. I figured that probably meant a 30-day supply so went ahead and ordered. I just received my order and lo and behold the recommended dosage is 2 capsules 3x daily. So I paid $41.76 (tax included) for a 10-day supply. I feel that the product description was not forthcoming about the true cost of this supplement, which is $1,524.24/yr if taken as recommended. I will not be ordering.
