Remember this is a workbook. It presents formulas, some worked out examples and then leaves u with some unsolved problems. Answers to each and every problem has been given at the end which is useful. In calculus there are bound to be multiple answers to a problem and they have been addressed too which is to be appreciated. Don’t expect proofs for the formulae. This book is not intended to be didactic.If u r a beginner, go through the formulas, worked out examples and then try to do exercises without out seeing the solutions. Even if u see the solution, don’t see the whole solution, instead see it only line by line working out on ur own as much as possible.If u know the basics, try doing the exercises straight away and enjoyIf u r a professional, this book is not for uThanks Chris

I like the way this book is written. It is always useful to learn basic of calculus for new learner.

Book is good but you get around 20 questions for each topic which are a bit less. You can write in the book. If you have the money, go for it

It’s a great method of practice and the chapters include solid information and examples. It would be nice to include more practice problems in the chapters, however, it’s understandable to have a fewer amount since every question has a full solution in the back of the book. The solutions include extra bits of information which can help with not understanding how a certain answer was reached. Overall i’d definitely recommend this workbook to develop a solid baseline for calculus. Although I would mention that completing a high number of practice problems outside of only the book will benefit your skills greatly.

I love the explanations, though because of how fitted it was on the pages, a first look on it was a bit overwhelming. I also wish that with the things we are starting off with, that he adds more problems. Like derivatives, I kind of wanted more question. Whereas, the questions that was built on derivatives, was pretty good! It taught me a lot and it taught me well. I started to like calculus more. Recommend!

Chegou bem antes da previsão inicial, chegou em bom estado, e o livro tem uma língua clara, onde se você souber inglês do básico ao intermediário você consegue entender. Belíssimo livro
