Amazon Basics Foldable aluminum stand for portable PCs with display up to 33 cm (13"), Black

I absolutely love it. Recently having neck and back pain and having to work from home, I realised that my posture was not supported so I decided to fix things. This laptop stand was perfect for me, lightweight, small in that it does not take up much space and I have very limited space working from home. It’s the perfect height for me, I am not tall and all the other alternatives were huge and complex. It is not fiddly very simple and effective. Honestly, one of the best buys I have done.

I bought this for my new 2021 MacBook Pro 14inch. I had seen something similar recommended on a YouTube video, and when I saw Amazon Basics produce one, I thought I'd give it a go as I already have their phone stand and think it is a simple but fab bit of kit.This laptop stand is perfect for the size and weight of my laptop. It folds down very compact, so travelling with is would be a breeze.What this stand does: raises the angle of the keyboard, making it more comfortable to type on for long periods, and as it tilts the laptop the screen sits out 2 inches higher (not much, but it depends on what your needs are). It also creates space under the laptop to allow for ventilation.What this stand doesn't do: It does not raise the height of the laptop screen significantly, so if this is something you were looking for, a differently stand is probably a better bet for you.Im really happy with the quality. The stand doesn't move around when in use, and for the money I think it is fab!

Despite it only claiming to be suitable for slightly smaller laptops, it works well and is stable for my 15” MacBook Air. Substantial (solid aluminium with silicone supports), an elegant solution, inexpensive, and well made (apart from a slight blemish on the surface of the back), and the three silicone supports for the laptop don’t stick up and get in the way of typing.

Very stable in use , zero wobble when typing or using trackpad. Fixed height but perfect angle for me does not slip and grips the MacBook well. Hard to fault given the cost.

If you have a 13inch MacBook this will fit perfectly. Very study, lightweight and great value for money. The perfect height for elevating the computer and also provides ventilation. The silver looks excellent with my space grey Mac. Highly recommend this product for the price.

I purchased this so that I could work from my kitchen table sometimes and take a break from my office room at home. The product is made of a sturdy metal which holds my 17 inch dell laptop well. However from only 1 week of use, the rubbery bits on the end of the metal frame which are glued on have started falling off! Very poor!

Strong, stable, aesthetic. I recommend.

I was looking for a laptop riser which was lightweight, fits into a backpack and costs no more than £10. Before settling for this one I tried a couple of others in the same price range which had good reviews and looked like they would do the job. It turned out they were both subpar and were either flimsy or structurally impractical. This one neither of those things. It is sturdy, simple design and lightweight. The only reason I am giving it 4 starts is because it would be good if it rose a laptop a little higher.

Easy to use, sturdy, does the job.

I was hoping this stand could be a simple solution to raise a 12 inch wide plastic synthesizer. Not only is it a great solution, but it also easily fits with the synth into it's packing carton. The stand has a nice matte black finish and the build quality is robust. I highly recommend this stand for use.

Arrived on time. Works well in our limited space.

Compramos esta base de laptop para una tableta de dibujo Huion 13, por que la base oficial simplemente no la venden en México. Esta base le queda excelente y con una inclinación muy cómoda a la tableta de dibujo.La construcción es sencilla y portátil, además de estable. El aluminio es grueso y de buena calidad, por lo que puede sentirse algo pesado. La parte de abajo incluye tres patas de plástico que sirven como tope y evitan que la tableta o laptop se deslice hacia los lados. El borde superior también tiene una cobertura de plástico, pero en nuestro caso no la usamos.Para laptop puede ver un uso un poco mas limitado, en especial con modelos pequeños (15 pulgadas o menos), que podrían quedar cortas en la base. Igualmente con laptops de mayor desempeño que tiendan a calentarse, una base con ventilador activo podría ser una mejor opción.Pero veo la base perfectamente diseñada para una laptop de tamaño mediano que no requiera un enfriamiento adicional.

Lo he usado muchísimo y mantiene la calidad.Me permite trabajar con mi laptop de manera mas adecuada para mantener una postura de trabajo que no dañe ni mi cuello (eleva la pantalla) ni tampoco a mis brazos, ya que accedo con menos esfuerzo a el teclado. Ademas, cuando viaje es muy fácil de transportar dentro del equipaje o mochila.
