Q: is motor reversable ?

Yes. Reverse the polarity on the motor side. The instructions with it will guide you through it.

Q: Can some please help me with wiring mine is missing diagram for white....Black.....Green.... L5 L2 ETC.

L1 is the hot line. L2 is the ground line. L4 is red for CCW rotation. 2 is black for CW rotation. It's been awhile since I wired mine, but I think that's right.

Q: Will this motor work with a Drum reverse switch? Will it work for a 12" Craftsman/atlas lathe?

I don't know. Check what Craftsman recommends.

I comes with the bracket you see on it in the picture.
