This filter is superb!! Been in operation 3 days now. We are both smokers. Today I went shopping for groceries and was gone 2 hours. I was out in clean air, no smoke, so I got used to the smoke-free air. When I got back, entered the house, there was NO SMOKE ODOR AT ALL!!! This unit uses an electrostatic cleaner (8,000 volts) along with the HEPA filter. We keep it at fan speed 3 out of 6. It’s quiet! The air sensors are very accurate and sensitive! It pegged to max when I was cooking dinner last night! This filter is superb! It has every option you could want for keeping your entire house (up to 2,000 sq ft) clean and odor free! Also comes with an installed HEPA filter and 4 SPARES!! Cleanable stainless steel prefilter, cleanable electrostatic filter, no ozone smell cleanable ozone halt filter, replaceable HEPA filter. It self-monitors all filter status, tells you when to clean and replace! At $600, I was hesitant… but now both my wife and I are glad we got this! We can’t run our window fan to air out the house in winter or summer, so this filter is PERFECT!!! It does what it promises!

This purifier has literally been a life changer. I originally got it to keep the odor down because entertain and have two cats. Upon cleaning I can't believe the amount of cat hair it picks up. We had it for a full year before a fluke operating error occurred. Customer service was able to replace the purifier within a week once I sent it in for a repair or replacement. I noticed a difference in quality of air when it was gone and when I received it back. It is sleek and blends in with my decor and is quiet, until it picks up an odor that shouldn't be there. If you're on the fence on finding a purifier and spending the money, get this one, it is worth every cent.

Works very well. Can be a bit loud when in ultra cleaning mode. Easy to rinse filters. Easy to roll from room to room to spot clean (back room, stuffy rooom/kitchen). Very powerful machine. Able to set up online app to use remotely. Can turn and off and adjust settings remotely. Would buy again.

I got this because I was having issues sleeping. I think this solved most of my problems. What a game changer!

Easy set up. At low speed it is almost noiseless, but at higher speeds it gets LOUD! The sensors seem to be too sensitive. In auto mode it will oscillate quickly from low to high and back. After a few days that seems to be less frequent. It should have a delay programed in or maybe have it respond to a rolling average rather than instantaneous. I am still deciding if I will keep it. The frequent speed changes and the noise can get annoying.Update: I did return the unit. Just too annoying for the reasons stated above. I was constantly pausing the TV because it cycled into the LOUD mode. Another minor annoyance, they really went overboard with the lights. At least you can control that.

Works great. Auto mode does all the thinking for you.

NOT PLEASED at all I can't just return for a replacement when a defective one was sent and have to wait for it to be returned and checked out to even start the refund that could take another 4-10 days depending on how you pd for it!That could be 30 days wait and who has another $800 with the extra warranty to order another before the refund is in your account!anyone know how to get ahold of nuwave, just found an email and it sounds like you pay all shipping to them and back if it needs fixed and also if it's something not under their warranty they charge you to fix it!GLAD I ORDERED AN EXPENSIVE GOOD ONE!Mine did not clean the air at all, it was like a fan was running and made it very hard for me to breathe so was sending it back just 4 days after we got it as it never worked no matter the setting or the spot we put it in the same open room!I'm sending it back and won't order another now knowing they don't offer just to replace it and now can't even order a different one!Going to call nuwave & see what they say too before I sent it back!UPDATE 10/31/24been just over the 30 day window & this cleaner still doesn't make the air smell fresh & my filters stayed clean like it was never used!kept it thinking I could get ahold of nuwave & they'd do something on it never working but can't find a phone number to call and email is all you find getting ahold of them!Anyone find a number to call them directly???
