Yes it did help my son to choose which information technology field to study in college.

You may consider computer programming to be too technical. But this book explains it quite well. The way it explained the difference between machine learning and artificial intelligence was very interesting. And the sections on hacking and security were very informative, because anyone can be a victim and knowing how to protect yourself is important

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. That was a very learn-able book, I very interested to learning Hacking, this is a perfect book for me.. I am following this book step by step instruction overall great information found.

This book is great for getting your feet wet on computer programming and cyber security. Lots of good information all in one place.

It's not what I expected from the title. If you buy, don't expect to learn any programming; it's mostly theory. The content is good so I guess it will be helpful in some ways, for beginners at least.

The author of this book appears to know everything but offers no real learning experience for people wanting to learn. The book covers just about everything about Information Technology with bits and pieces of useless information, but does not offer as to where he got his information. If you are truly a turnip, or a brick, then this book is for you. The author does not provide any kind of reference material, examples of how to apply cyber security, nor any kind of books, articles, etc for further reading. I have been learning since my mainframe days and have tried to keep up with the new technologies like Python, SQL Server, Teradata, data mining/warehousing/analytics, but I really messed up with this book: I will be donating it to somebody.

Not what I expected from the title.This book is software philosophy.Don't expect to learn ANY programming.
