Excellent book for those who want to lose weight and keep it off.
I love with weight loss books, that there are recipes included in the book. I did not know what Leptin resistance was until now. I like how the book explains Letpin resistance and now you can reset your hormones so you don't lose weight. You can eat foods that can reset your body so you can lose weight and feel great. I am glad how the author fully explains what Leptin resistance is and how you can reset your body to help you lose weight. I like the well written and well organized book. I am glad that I purchased this book.

Good info but not worth the price
The author did a great job compiling the evidence to support leptin resistance and the negative affects. However, if you read any wellness material, you get much of the same info. This booklet is about 60 pages and not well made. I only read the book once and the pages are coming off the spine. There’s a 2 week sample meal plan. I feel it would have been a greater service if the author offered 2 week meal plans for the various lifestyle diets that have become popular, namely low carb and vegetarian/vegan. Sure the user can compile the recipes, but the point of buying a book like this is to have the think work done for you.If you have kindle unlimited and aren’t paying for this, it’s a good read. But honestly what I paid and what the booklet is going for currently is grossly over paying.

An eye opening read
A great read. If you've been trying to lose weight and seem to be doomed to carry the extra pounds around forever, you should read this book. It has some really easy to make recipes and menus. You'll be amazed to discover how even the "healthy" foods we eat may be sabotaging our efforts to lose that spare tire. It also breaks down the mystery behind the hormones that control hunger, sleep and our ability to burn calories.

Lots of recipes at the end. I liked the book. Not very long but did a very good job explaining everything.

Not helpful, especially if you're on a low-carb plan
For one thing, this is more of a pamphlet than a book. The information about leptin resistance is only partly helpful AND half the book is recipes. If you're on any kind of low-carb diet NONE of these recipes will work. They all include a carb of some kind. I was very disappointed in this book. I did read it, but I cannot recommend it.

Its okay but very cheaply made!!
Very cheaply made very first time i went to just open the book to look through it. The pages fell right out!! So go find a little three ring binder to put the book in.
