Anyone found this helpful in weight loss?

It helped my mum lose a little bit if weight. She just sprinkles it on her breakfast. She uses it for extra fibre.

How much is a measure?

Not indicated on package. However, this is a prebiotic and can cause wind. It's best to start with a small amount to see how your digestive system tolerates. I usually use a scant teaspoon.

Is your product organic?

It doesn’t say on the packet but I have since invested in another one that is of superior quality and prebiotic. If you look back at the inulin it’s available on prime . Green packet 1kg 29.99

Is this extracted from chicory root?

Yes it is, says non gm on the label
