High quality
I've had these for over a year on my dogs's collars for their name tags. They lock and stay locked incredibly well. Haven't had one fail yet. They have maintained color as well. Overall, I would say they're very sturdy (I have a medium and a large dog who swim and play rough).

Perfect for tarp or tent guy lines
Extremely light weight and very practical for quick outdoor tarp setups in inclement weather. These help reduce the need for knots. I keep them attached to one end of my guy line for quick connections.

These things are Stainless Steel and SMALL!
These things are Stainless Steel and SMALL! See the pics! They work OK for my use, but the tiny lock is almost to hard to turn with my fingers.

Used these to securely close zippers
I had a bag that I wanted to secure zippers closed on and these worked perfectly for that. It allowed me to keep the bag shut and somewhat secure in public places without a bulky lock. I really like the feature where you can twist the locking mechanism to add that extra layer of the gates being firmly closed. It may be a bit tricky to use if you have large fingers or fragile nails.

Great for travel!
Bought several of the small size of these to secure zippers on suitcases, backpacks and purses while traveling through Italy and they worked great! Hubby was fine with the black but I liked the fun colors. They hook 2 zippers together and then lock to further protect. Worked great! I’ll definitely use for further travel. Even used on our checked bag and held secure and super durable.

Locking and unlocking them can ruin your nails, but they do keep stuff from falling off
I've bought these either silver, plastic, or this set a few times. The only complaint I have is that I have to be very patient when locking and unlocking them otherwise I split my nails. I've had at least one of these stolen when I left it on the key for my car when dropping it off at the dealership. The carabiner did not return. So a word to the wise, if you have work done on anything that has one of these attached to the key you turn over, take it off before turning the key over. I also use these to attach a garage remote to a lanyard so I don't lose it again somewhere in California. Other things I have used these for, glass cases/bags, phone bags/holders, my car keys inside my purse, pretty much anything I don't want to lose. You do have to check to ensure they are locked though. I've run around a few times thinking they were locked and they weren't turned the correct way to lock.I keep these in "stock" so when I need one, I have it right away without having to wait for it to arrive and risk losing an item.

I love Nitez clips
I like this brand of clips have had them for years without any issues. My last clip broke (mainly because it was made of plastic) after about 9 years of use just a regular figure 8. I was using it to secure my dogs tags. Well tried a different brand after and the tags came off his collar too easily. So I broke down and bought these. The lock portion is kinda hard to twist but that is ok since I am in no way wanting it to come off. Works for what I need. The plastic figure 8 clip lasted around 4years before it decided to break so I definitely got my monies worth out of it
