How strong are the wheels?I walk back and forth between two schools and need strong wheels

I use it for scrapbooking events. I have other storage units that I have broken the wheels on the first time I have taken them to an event. But this has been to three events and the wheels have stood up. I load it pretty heavily and it other things on its top to wheel them with it and have had no problem.

Can anyone tell me if this has rubber or plastic wheels?

Plastic , but mine are holding up . I work on home health and prefer a cart to carry supply's . We have loose gravel in walkways in our town and it doesn't get caught in the wheels

Does this cart come with a track for hanging folders?

Yes it does. It is not a removable track, but built into the inside edge of the cart.

Can you sit on the lid

I am about 200 lbs (unfortunately) and I just tried sitting on it. It was only partially full and I had no issues. So, yes.
