Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W570 16.1 MP Digital Still Camera with Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 5x Wide-Angle Optical Zoom Lens and 2.7-inch LCD (Black) (OLD MODEL)

I bought a Samsung EC-SH100 Wi-Fi Digital Camera with 14.2 MP, 5x Optical Zoom and Touchscreen (Red) earlier this summer and spent the whole summer trying to figure out how to work it. I never figured it out, and it took crappy shots, so finally, I knew I had to throw in the towel and after much much deliberation and reading the reviews on Amazon (and also, people, when reading reviews, if they are totally glowing or totally hating, I check to see how many other reviews they've written, if it's the only review - I know they are probably planted).Anyway, this was on sale for 99.00 when I bought it and I see it's gone up in price again, but I'd have to say, TOTALLY WORTH IT.I was able to start using this out of the box. The menu is easy to understand and navigate (unlike the Samsung - ARGHH!) and the pictures are CLEAR and even in low light without the flash, they come out great. Also - there's a great feature where in lowlight, it will take 2 pictures (if you choose this option) - one with a flash and one without and you can choose which is the best - LOVE IT.I take a ton of food pictures (yes, I 'm one of THOSE people) and it even has a setting for food pictures! I haven't had one blurry picture yet (I always did with the Samsung).I haven't tried the video recorder because I didn't buy it with intention of using it - so I really can't comment on that.I love that the on/off button is very tiny and flush with the camera - that way it won't accidentally turn on when you throw it in your bag and then when you want to take a picture -- you discover the battery is dead (another problem with my other camera).So yes, I love it. So glad I bought it - easy to understand and navigate the menu and takes great pictures. Would highly highly recommend!

Love the camera. It works perfectly fine as any other digital camera of similar style. The only issue was that I had to purchase a separate battery as the one it came with did not work. Make sure to purchase the right battery for the camera as there are slightly different variations.

I am tickled "pink" with this camera! It is a soft pink color. The camera is light in weight, it is small. Carrying it in my pocket is easy. It comes on immediately after pressing the on switch. It focuses fast. the picture quality is exceptional. I have not had a grainy-looking picture. It does all the work for you. But... you can also set it to manual so you can set your own configurations. Amazon had the lowest price of any one in the industry. This little camera has all the features a 66 year old grandma needs! It would be perfect for a teenager, for a first-time user, for a person needing a good quality camera but easy to use. I highly recommend this camera.

We bought this as a primary camera for our once in a lifetime trip to the Bahamas. It seemed to be doing just fine recording and capturing pictures the first three days, but then all of a sudden, it didn't recognize the files on the memory stick! I pulled the memory stick and re-inserted it and was able to view the shots. This happened three times throughout the 10 day trip.When we got home, I was completely unable to upload the pictures and videos! I tried two different computers to no avail!! This is the second Cyber-Shot camera for us and we never had a problem with the 8.1 MP.I wish I could give it a no star rating!!Very disappointing camera!

I got the box and I was excited that it showed up as fast as it did. As soon as I opened it, I thought, wow this thing is little! I couldnt wait to get the battery in and take some shots! INCREDIBLE! This thing has a mind of its own! Its for idiots like me that are not shutter bugs! I turned it on and pointed the camera all over the room, different lighting, darker to light to see how well it would change or if I needed to make adjustments. The camera thinks on its own, changing the settings and fast fast focus! One handed use, while in motion, quick shots with no mistakes! This is one of the best cameras I bought! Its so small, it gets lost in my pocket and I love that, no one can tell I'm holding this little monster picture taker in my pocket! Pictures are perfect every time, no over exposure, very clear shots! What really blew my socks off was the sweap panoramic shot! You cant go wrong with it, move with it and it does the rest and get this, its just one swoop across! Not regestier marks to line up so it would piece together, just one sweep across the area! I love it, glad I bought it!

I always trusted SONY products to perform really great and this USED Sony digital camera didn't fail my trust. It works like new and the picture and video quality is brilliant and fantastic. It even comes with Panoramic feature. Also, it is very simple to use for a point and shoot camera. It has three different mode button - PICTURE, VIDEO and PANORAMA.For a used camera, this is working like new. I still have and use the old Sony digital camera that I bought back in 2004.The best part about this camera is that it comes with a charger that you can drop the camera battery on to and simply plug it in. There are no charger cable to deal with like other cameras.The only thing I didn't like is that the seller didn't tell me that there was a ding on the camera as if it was dropped. However, I love this camera. I know this camera is going to be used and working for the next 8 to 10 years without a doubt. :)As far as the package goes, it was not what I expected. There was hardly any packing materials but a single air pillow not enough to stop the camera moving around.
