These fillets are high quality. Use in spaghetti sauce.

I love the moderate fishy flavor, but dislike finding and removing tiny bones.

Just checking out a new brand (to me). I liked everything about these anchovies. Clean taste. Really nice product. A little pricey and a 3 oz jar doesn't go far. The Merro 8 oz jar in sunflower oil seems to be the better deal. I'll try those next.

I found these by reading many reviews. Extremely palatable anchovies. Clean taste, great finish, medium salinity (as anchovies go) Filets are firm and easily seperable. If you have already purchased Ortiz brand and still have the handy little fork... give the fork a try on these.

Anchovies in a glass jar; not a tin can!!! Only 3 simple ingredients: anchovies, olive oil & salt. That's it! Omigosh, they're SO Fresh & flavorful. It's NUTRITION FROM THE SEA! Yum!!!

The flavor of these anchovies was good but the texture was terrible. The fillets in the jar was one mushy mass with a paste like consistency. I was very disappointed with these and will not buy them again.
