Simple perfect
This is a beautiful book! Plenty of things to talk about, my two year olds are very excited about it...here are a few samples of our favorite spreads, but there are so many more! 77 pages to be exact.

Pictures are too abstract
Toddlers love abstract thinking and pictures. Right? Wrong. I wanted to love this book, and it is beautiful, but my two major gripes are that it's printed on a brown paper which means none of the colors are accurate for teaching colors - and, the imagery is way too abstract and my toddler can't recognize anything except by remembering what we've told them this thing is.

I really don't care for this book
First off - too many things. It just keeps going and going. Second, and perhaps more important, the visual style is such that many of the objects are difficult to identify. That makes learning words for them hard.

Not great for learning
As an adult, I thought it was interesting to look at. For a two year old, the illustrations are super confusing and this is something I wouldn’t recommend for learning which is probably why most people would buy this product.

Fun, imaginative and engaging
Got this to read with my 18 month old and she loves it. She can sit for quite a while flipping through this and talking about the different things on each page. I like that it’s imaginative and has different sections around different concepts (opposites, things you can do, seasons, times of day). A nice book to linger over.

Adorable, unique, and educational
My two and a half year old loves this book. We bought it for her baby sister to "give" to her when she was born. It's provided hours of entertainment -- she will just sit there and flip through the pages on her own. When we read it together, she is excellent at finding the items I ask her to identify and we love looking for Little Mouse on every page. The artwork is very unique and I appreciate the simplistic, mixed media style of the illustrations. It's a hit!

A Happy, Wonderful Book
Buy a bunch of these books and drop them at your local early learning centers. When you go on a trip, take more to give away. And make sure to keep one at home for visiting children. I promise they will love it. And you will love the colors and simplicity of the artwork. This is a useful, delightful book.

Age Range / 2 - 3 Years Old
Beautiful book. However, I disagree with the age rating stated on Amazon's web page (ages 5-6 / Pre-School - Kindergarten). I bought it for my 4 year old grand daughter. However, when I perused the book, I felt that the concepts presented were very very basic.Lovely thoughtful picture book for a child in the 2 -3 year old age range.

Great book
Lovely book with lots of pictures for my toddler to find. He loves finding things and pointing them out at the moment. I think we will get a lot of use out of this book.Minor negative points - The pages are paper rather than boardbook so potential to tear easily!Wording is American English so the word colour and grey is written as color and gray but neither of these things bother me much.

Not worth the hype
I love the concept of this book, but the pictures are so abstract that at 18mo my daughter struggled to identify some of the items on the pages - boots and socks for example are drawn in the same way and there was no chance she could tell the difference between any of the people on the relative pages. She’s 2yo now and still thoroughly enjoys looking at the pictures and trying to find the clearly drawn objects I ask her about, but I’m sure there are better books out there to help children begin identifying things. A great Instagrammable book, but not as educational as I’d hoped.

Very attractive book...
It's a lovely book. I bought it as a gift for a one year old. Parents seemed to appreciate it - it's one of those books that perhaps appeal more to grown-ups....and I wonder if toddlers will really be able to pick out stuff from these types of books rather than the more brightly coloured, tackier types .... we'll see.

Gorgeous book
I love this book, it’s been really nice to look through it with my baby and even my five year old enjoyed it. I’m planning to buy it for friends’ babies in the future too. Really nice illustrations and provides you with lots to talk about together.
