What is the outer diameter of the shank (part that goes through the lug bore in rim)?

Will these work on Fuel wheels?

They should work on all after market wheels, they are smaller so they tend to fit inside the small aftermarket holes better plus they are lug centric and help line up the wheel perfectly on the hub so you don't get weird wobbles/hops.

I only need a few can I buy only 6?

I think the only other sets you can buy is a 4 pack. One lock for each wheel.

Will these fit stock 2006 Tacoma wheels?

Yes I have both a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and a 2017 toyota tacoma and I recently took my stock 17 inch wheels off the 2017 yota and put them on my 2006 yota that had 16 inch wheels... And I used the 17s lug nuts for the 2006 yota... Just for your info... My 2006 Toyota has a 2 inch level kit on the front and I have no issues with rubbing... The tires are goodyear wrangler duratrac 265/70-17.... Hope that helps!!
