MEAN WELLRSP-500-24 AC-DC Switching Enclosed Power Supply Single

Good replacement power supply used for Ender 5 plus. Bought it used, but no issue so far. Note~not a direct fit, screw holes locations different, can print out bracket for it.

Mean Well is top of the line. While this unit looks identical to the lower wattage units it is slightly bigger. But really happy with the performance.

Working well and much less expensive than a direct replacement. Has only had limited use to date.

Quality PSU that runs silent and provides clean power to my 3D printer. It’s also peace of mind that my house won’t burn down over night because of a faulty cheap PSU.

Got this as a replacement for the faulty changliang PSU in my Ender 5 Plus.You can tell it has consistent current as the fan hums at a solid G436. The fan also switches on/off depending on the temperature of the heated bed.Only problem is it’s not a 1:1 swap with the stock PSU, but that is nobody’s fault.5/5 because my prints are coming out beautifully and easily now.

Second one that has went out within a couple prints. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Luckily the house didn’t burn down with such crappy power supply’s.

I like this power supply, good construction and power my 350W load with no problem. Only problem is that once in a while it's fan kicks in and is super noisy.Edit: after switching to UHP 500 and observing how quiet it is, dropping the rating of this one to 2 stars.

I purchased a Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D printer. The stock power supply for the Ender 5 Plus literally burned up. It is scary how dangerous the stock power supply is. I would recommend to anyone purchasing a Creality Ender printer to change out the power supply to a Mean Well right away. This is a great power supply and the quality really showes. I just want to note that I needed to drill holes into my printer because the screw holes of the Mean Well are not the same position as the stock power supply.
