Andalou Naturals Toner Ounces, Willow Bark Pure Pore, 6 Fl Oz

Does more than I expected from a toner! Really makes a difference in my skin, enough for me to remember to use it when I wash my face which says a lot (because I tend to forget most toners till, I have bad breakout). This one really makes a visual difference not only in reducing my breakouts but also improving my overall skin texture and tone and evening pore size--kind of like you have a photo filter on. This will be one product I will use as long as they are making it (in this formula)!

I’ve been using this product for years, I love it.

This toner has such an amazing “cooling” feeling, help to really close off your pores while cleaning them. I live in Louisiana where it is very humid and this toner has helped keeping my skin from getting greasy and gross, has helped with my break outs. Very affordable and skin feels soft, tight, and refreshed.

I honestly can't tell if it's working, but I sure do love the smell so I keep using/buying it.

First, I love Andalou products for their results and for their cruelty-free, vegan status. I've used this Willow Bark toner for years and find that it controls the pH level in my skin very well (no orange makeup!) and takes off any makeup left behind by cleansers. My pores have shrunk over time, but I can't say for sure what portion of that is due solely to the toner. I also do not have skin breakouts when using this. I apply it 1st thing in the morning and in the evening just before my PM moisturizer. It smells WONDERFUL and gives a slight tingle to your skin. It's also a great way to refresh your senses if working at home/ traveling without makeup-- just go treat your face to some willow bark and inhale! FYI, all the Andalou toners are very good. The Blossom + Leaf is the other one I've used most, which smells slightly like geranium leaves. Clementine one is like fresh clementines and does add illuminance to your skin. Rose is great, especially for anyone with sensitive skin.While this product is great, be very careful about the seller you buy it from on Amazon. I just purchased a bottle of willow bark from "Amazon.com Services, Inc" and received a clearly USED and RECONDITIONED bottle this past week. It seems to have been topped off with water as the smell and sensation were very weak. The box had obviously been wet at one point, dried, and used again (the bottle in the box was full though... just not 100% toner!), and the box was wrapped with clear shrinkwrap, which Andalou typically doesn't do (at least I've never gotten a wrapped box).

My 19 year old daughter used this and her face turned red and burned as though she had received a professional chemical peel. Salicylic acid is in fact a deep exfoliant (peel) but as an aesthetician of 22 years, this was a bit intense on her face. I have given her peels before and due to my profession, she is not new to skin care protocols. This definitely surprised me. I’m giving it 5 stars because I’ve used this line on my own face and have never had issues. Either my kiddo had a reaction to something else in the product or we received an abnormal batch. All in all, it’s great but definitely proceed with caution if you react strongly to skin care lines.

I have struggled with adult acne and acne as a teenager. I also got tested years ago and I am allergic to one of the most common ingredients in all skincare products, makeup, etc. So I have to be really careful about what I put on my body and face and can only use a select few products. I started using this product about 3 years ago along with their face wash and recovery cream/lotion. I have not had acne but a couple of times. I used to have it constantly and all over my face and chin. This stuff and the face wash and recovery cream/lotion have literally saved my skin and face. I just can't say enough about it! Definitely give it a try. I promise you won't regret it!
