Just received the item. Quick delivery and also quality of the product is spot on. Lenth of the ladder is perfect for my use. the rest of the accessories is perfect. Highly recommended !!!

Looks sturdy and strong. Should be easy to use, we hope we will never need to! Had to order the bolts separately. Just need to get these fixed in the wall then we should be able to do a dummy 'run'.

Very handy and safe

This is sturdy and fit for purpose if – and this is a BIG IF – it fits! I have a windowsill, and the size of the hook is too small to fit over both the window frame and this window sill. I checked back, and no measurements are given for this diameter. So for me, these hooks were a complete waste of money. Not only that, I now have to find someone to drill holes in the wall for hooks in order to use my safety ladder. This omission is not only annoying and costly, but a safety concern. I was very disappointed, as I was trying to ensure safety without needing to employ someone to do the drilling, something I'm not qualified to do myself to the standard required to bear the weight of an adult human.

Again, i won't really use these till a fire happens so can't really review based on usage but it is what i expected. Though i feel the price is higher than I'd like. After hanging them out the window it did feel like they're fall without me holing it so i do worry what would happen once the ladders are fastened to them, if the weight would stop it from falling over the ledge or if the ladder would just pull them over with it. Again, won't know till the day comes that i have to use them but for the time being they look fine in general.

Whilst this ladder is nicely built and very sturdy it is only supplied with one belt and I am sure that it will be very difficult to throw the belt to the next person descending on a three storey building. There should be option of purchasing more than one belt when buying it. The safety line is a very nice touch. I would have given this product 5 star rating but for the lack of an option to buy more than one belt.

This ladder/harness is very sturdy and well made. We are on the 4th floor so it should work out well though we haven't tried it out yet. The harness is a challenge. The directions that come with it are quite vague. We watched the video many times before figuring out how to put it on. It took us at least an hour to finally figure it out. Then we marked the front right, front left, right leg, and left leg on the straps with a magic marker. This helped us orient the harness correctly on another attempt weeks later. The entire apparatus does take up a bit of space in our condo but we do feel safer knowing we have this option if ever needed.

I purchased this for my loft space which I converted into a gaming room for my son and knowing there is a safety ladder in case of a fire reassures me and he has tested this out twice, great product at a good price

Fortunately, we've not had a fire to have to use these, but we hope they keep the escape ladder from bumping against the wall during use.
