Great. Product. Bought these for my janitorial business. They have held up nicely for their price. Highly recommend.

I own a small cleaning business and have a more powerful Sanitaire vacuum. My other vacuum was designed without attachments.This is a great vacuum, but it could be a little better. My issues with the machine are all minor issues. Here they are:1. The filter above the canister drops dust all over the front of the vacuum. When you’re trying to look professional in front of customers, it’s kind of hard to when you make huge mess with your vacuum.2. The chord is way too short. Having to change outlets all the time is not convenient. I think a fifty foot chord should be standard on a commercial vacuum no matter if it is light weight or heavy duty.3. I love being able to raise the beater bar when I need to. I do not like how this vacuum does not have the levels of the beater bar marked.4. Only giving one short tube for the attachments isn’t enough. If you use the vacuum for dusting, you probably will not be able to reach certain high areas.I love so many things about this vacuum:1. This machine is light weight.2. It isn’t as loud as I expected it to be. Most commercial vacuums are way louder than this.3. The filters are insanely easy to clean. Some people say otherwise, but I haven’t had any problems.4. The back of the machine has a handle for carrying the vacuum. Vacuums tend to be one of the more awkward pieces of equipment to carry, but this handle makes it effortless.5. The machine looks professional and well made.6. When the vacuum is setting straight up, the beater bar is raised off the floor. This is a major upgrade over the old heavy duty version.7. This vacuum has a lot of power. I did some routine vacuuming on a job and the canister was full of dust by the time I was finished. This was 350 sqft of commercial carpet.Overall this is a phenomenal vacuum that I recommend people buy for home use. I will probably purchase a slightly better Sanitaire for commercial use. I do not think this machine would hold up to several hours of operation per day.

Very bad emptying system, every time you had to do it the top container would dump its contents all over the floor and your hands then I would have to wash my hands and revacuum stupid design and then the vacuum rotator seized up would not recommend this vacuum to anyone ever!

it is powerful. I dislike the body part should be better made.

Thought the carpets were clean because we had a pretty good vacuum, but wow was I wrong.This is a really good vacuum, full of suction and an adjustable floor height rather than the suctionadjustment you see in a lot of vacuums that just open up an airway to let some of the suction out.This vacuum keeps the suction at all levels and that is what makes the difference. You will be verypleased.

Bought two of these professional bagless uprights based on the majority of the reviews at the time. We've used these now for a good 3 months, and about 2 months and 29 days ago we were ready to replace them. In our line of work we have homes w/pets and when the vacuum is cleaning up the pet hair, the hair gets pulled into the belt area and ruins the belt. In fact, when we take off the plate to replace the belt, each time, the entire underside is packed with hair. Doesn't seem to really matter how much hair in a home, but when there's more it just happens sooner rather then later. The other issue we run into is, when we clean out the canister and / or the filter, it needs to be done outdoors; these procedures are very messy!
