I was worried to buy a bed online without trying it as my son has autism & SPD & was getting so upset his bed felt like sharp stones so we looked for a memory form mattress. My mind told me to take him & try them out in a shop but my gut told me with it being CV19 that it was safer for us to buy one online & send it back if a problem. Anyways long story short, it arrived early & in a very small box. I opened it & boom it folded out to the right size & looked great with 2 different sides for summer & winter (no idea if this works but sounds great) Now for my sons review he says it’s the most Epic bed with no rocks & it’s nice & cold.. We have had this bed 3 weeks now & I rarely write reviews however it has changed are family life as my sons bedtime routine is so much easier & he is sleeping allllllll night which means the rest of the house is. I’m a large adult & also lied in the bed & found it great for my spine, it felt firm & I found it difficult to get up, love it!Monday we have decided to order a super king size mattress of the same sort...ooo btw we went for 30in depth I wanted to add as felt the thickness may be why it feels so good also mattress is on divan bad not slated no idea if makes a difference but I’m just adding all the information I have . Also there was absolutely no small from the mattress & we left for around 5 hours airing before my son slept in it..... O one tip open the box in the room it’s for!!!

I was a little nervous about buying this mattress as it would be a nightmare to return if it wasn't right for me. Thankfully, after 6 weeks, I can confidently say I made the right choice.The mattress is very firm due to the high density foam used in the centre, but it also has a layer of spongier memory foam on either side that you sink into, giving it a feeling of both comfort and support. It's very light ( I managed to carry it unassisted up 2 flights of stairs on my shoulder) and comes rolled up in the box. After unpacking it, I left it for a few hours and it was good to go.Like many other reviewers, I have back problems and this gives a very pleasant, pain free night's sleep. On my old mattress, lying on my back would cause pain in my lower spine/kidney area after a few minutes, but with this one, I'm able to lie there happily for over an hour and no pain. I'd recommend buying it with a naturalex pillow too for the full comfy experience. It may be a little too firm if you prefer a soft mattress, but I'd say it would be fine for most people, especially if your heavy like me.Overall, very pleased with the mattress and my sister, who came to visit recently is now considering buying one for herself after a 5 minute test :)

Bought this as my partner suffers from multiple sclerosis and after reading the reviews about how it reduces back pain etc etc, decided to go for it. Really good mattress for the first 5 or 6 months, then we noticed that it had started to sag in the middle, as it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning. We turned it over and around too and this worked only for a few days. Because of the memory foam topping, the sagging can't be seen. Honestly like trying to sleep in a bowl!I contacted the seller who asked me to take pictures of the fault, (that can't be seen as I tried to explain to them), pictures of the packaging, (who keeps the packaging for 6 months?), pictures of labels etc etc, which I did. On more than one occasion, the pictures weren't good enough, so took more and sent them. Finally, I had a reply to say that as far as they could see, there was no problem. I asked what the point of a 10 year warranty was and all they could offer was to start a return. Now, my issue here is..... How the hell do you return a mattress? It's not as if you can drag it down to your local post office and get it weighed. And if it was getting collected, again, how do you weigh it??? Anyway, my point is, great mattress to start with, but customer service and offers of help to resolve the issue..... Pretty dire!

I bought this because I was suffering back pain from my mattress. I have a European King size bed and so couldn't buy an Emma or Simba which are hugely expensive. I thought that there wasn't much money to loose by taking a gamble with this and I am very pleased that I did. It was delivered much quicker than it said even in Covid restrictions. It was well packaged and was compacted into a box. It didn't take long to go to its correct size and it didn't smell. It is well made and looks really nice as a mattress. The first night I sunk into it a bit and found that weird but supportive. Over the next week my backache has reduced to very little and I am sleeping all night. The mattress is very good value and comfortable. I didn't find it brick lick as described by others as I was surprised by how much I sank into it. I think perhaps Simba mattresses sink much more but I would consider that to be too soft. I would say that this is hard mattress but the top layer allows the sink into it.

Sleeping right through till morning, waking relaxed pain free and rested. I hadn’t realised how long it had been since this was the case having convinced myself that the aches and twinges came naturally with ageing. They don’t need to. Sleeping fully supported and in comfort makes such a difference. In that respect this mattress is excellent value. Came across this mattress on a holiday visit. Enjoyed it so much I stripped the bed to see which brand the mattress was. I knew I was going to get one. Never regretted it yet. Do yourself a favour! Try it!
