Perfect replacement, excellent value
Confirmed fit on 07 Rabbit, holding up well a month after installation. Ride is good, everything is tight. Recommend replacing the bottom pinch bolts (Febi 27876). The top bolts were included. I'll update my review if anything goes wrong, otherwise no news is good news. Thanks Detroit Axle.

Make sure things are not damaged if the package is compromised.
Item was received well packaged and a day earlier earlier than promised but the steering knuckle what was ordered with the struts was not. The outer box was perfect but the inner box was broken apart ant the plastic bag that it was in was torn and the knuckle had scuffs all over it. Thankfully the knuckle is cast iron and pretty bulletproof. Detroit axle had to have shipped it that way as the outer box was undamaged. I did not contact Detroit axle about the broblem but still may..

Defective parts
They are usually good about the parts, but this time I bought two struts the shop installed for me and makes sound. I am not happy.I contacted with them. They did not do anything for it.

Good, reasonably priced replacement.
Fit well on my 2011 Jetta.Installation can be challenging, but not due to the product. Have been well satisfied with all of my Detroit Axle purchases thus far.
