Piece Of Crap :( Don"t Even think about buying it.

We bought this machine for our office, we were attempting to put a small booklet together. Well after about 3 complete booklets the staplers started to jam. We used the proper staples 66/6 Fine Wire 1/4" chisel point and it just doesn't work. We have tried to contact the company for help in the United States and Canada. Threw phone as well as email. We have no response from email and after we were switched around from person to person on the phone the last person finally hung up on us.
