Kuhn Rikon Colori+ Paring Knife, 4", Blue

I've bought a few of these knives because they're wonderful. They're nice and sharp, plus they're a size that works for most day-to-day cutting (I would hesitate to use one to cut up a watermelon, but that's just me). I appreciate the inclusion of a cover. They are dishwasher safe–I have some that have been through the dishwasher almost daily for the past two years, and they still cut well. This particular color of knife is a really nice one.

Great value. Won’t rust if it sits in water. Nice and sharp. Don’t know how long the sharpness lasts but I’ve had it and used it frequently for a few months and it still works well.

I love these! I tend to lose pairing knives, but having these inexpensive ones makes it ok to lose every once in a while. They're sharp and can be resharpened on a stone as necessary. I've been using these in professional kitchens for years and they'll do anything pairing knives I've paid upwards of $60 for will do.

These paring knives are the best. They stay sharp for a long time and do not chip. They are a perfect size. I have 2 and gifting one to someone.

Don't be fooled by this lightweight knife or it's cute all-red color. It is sharp and does the job very well, especially considering its price of just under $16. Great value for the money. I like the protective cover, too.

Great sharp knife out the box. Great for cutting through tomatoes or any other small items that have a hard "skin" like bell peppers. Also the non stick coating is great for any food that normally sticks.

A nice little paring knife that comes with a little blade cover! For the money its a great value, while not as sharp as the Spyderco kitchen paring knife for the cost it seems a bargain! Time will tell as to its durability and edge holding capability.
