Q: can you use this product on an inflatable boat coming out of salt water or do you have to rinse it first?

I would always rinse a boat coming out of any water to remove creatures that could polut another body of water. Yes, I would rinse the salt off of your ginghams.

Q: Can this be used on interior of an inflatable hot tub?

Not sure but it worked great on my inflatable boat. I think as long as it's vinyl it will work. Rinse it out well.

Q: My inflatable raft develops a sticky, gunk/oil-like substance during indoor storage. Will this remove the substance?

Good luck, I used this on my Rib and the tacky end result until it got filthy dirty again. Complained to Star Brite and they had no answer as to why. This product should be recalled from the market!
