It my best friend ever. My mama hide it up high so I don’t get hurt when she goes to the outside of the door. I bite on the circle part and the bird part and I feel happy. My sister likes to jump and chase it. I just chew and chew it until mama has to buy a new one.

Oscar Wilde loves this toy! He is extremely hard on his toys and he gets bored with his toys easily. We used to purchase "Da Bird" for him, but the metal pieces worried me for his safety. He was chewing on parts that he hurt his mouth on, so I tried this one. The main downfall is he bites down on the cork breaking it down as he plays. This toy doesn't last long, but it's much safer and I appreciate that. He's gone through 6 of them so far, and he has gone through 15 of "Da Bird." Since purchasing this item, I have stopped purchasing the other. I appreciate the quality of products "From the Field" makes. These products are some of the few my last cat would actually play with...even at 15. They are durable and safe for my Wilde man. If your cat is notorious for ingesting items, just make sure the pieces of cork get thrown away after they break off.

Got this for my kitty on her second birthday. She absolutely adores it, and the string and stick are very long so its range of motion is great. The feather toy did come off the string, but I was able to tie it back on and haven't had any issues since.

This is the best bird attachment for wand. Flight mimics real bird. Handcrafted construction accounts for price. My cat goes nuts for it. Plays and plays but then likes to chew and break. Have to take away or doesn’t last more than a few days. As a special toy with monitoring, it’s the best but get more than one.

I have 3 cats and they all love this toy. The real feather toy attracts them more than the faux feathers used in most toys from the retail stores.Not the sturdiest toy, I’ve had more than one of these and the string tends to break or become separated from the wand over time. Also, the feathers break as my cats tear into them, but you can order replacements. I think I’ve noticed this in part because it gets so much more use than any other toy.

My cat goes insane for this toy. Usually when introducing a new toy, he gets excited until he realizes he'll actually have to work to get the thing (there is much sulking). Since I brought this home, he now begs me to play. He even won't leave the toy to get a treat. This cat lives for treats. So far, it's held up much better than other cat toys we've tried. This 15lb cat will destroy the feather part, but at least he'll get a good amount of play first.04/2017 UPDATE: The string broke right where it meets the cap, not where I expected (i.e. the cat attack point). This was fixed by reattaching the string with a clove hitch to the rod and using a double knot and electrical tape to secure the string's end. While it's not ideal to have this break in less than a year, it was an easy fix so it's not a loss. Cat still has his favorite toy.

Great toy, cats love the birdie and I love that it's made of wood and un-dyed feathers. The double fishing string parts easily and wraps around a cat. Should be one line, but it's easy enough to cut off one, I guess. And one feather immediately fell off, but it's hard to find un-dyed feather toys these days.The sticking point, though is that everything was wrapped in a huge plastic bag, covering another plastic bag around the feather, probably as much melted down as if I had bought one with a plastic handle, defeating part of the reason for buying it in the first place. And then all of that was wrapped in paper, for a toy that probably could have been thrown into the box by itself! Would probably buy the feather end again, but will think twice about even that given the amount of plastic.

Have had cats most of my life. And until "Jackson Galaxy" of "My Cat From Hell", I really did not understand the true dynamic of cats! I can state without hesitation that this toy helps in building and maintaining great cat confidence and pleasure! The box with all of the packaging paper has been a must-keep hit, AND Freddy's Feather Wand is my cats favourite activity. I have even been able to get my oldest cat playing, while building back his confidence in his cat self! If you don't have a toy like this one, you need one. After purchasing one, committing to playing with your cat or cats DAILY, you will see not only a market difference in their confidence and behaviour BUT they will beg you to play! I dare you to try it! You will not be disappointed...At all!!!

他の商品もいろいろ買いましたが、この商品は圧倒的に食い付きが違います。棒の部分が長いので置き場所にちょっと困りますが、作りが丈夫で大変気に入っています。他の商品だと紐の部分がすぐによれて絡まったりしますが、この商品は絡まらずに長く使えます。先の羽は猫が捕まえたあとガジガジと噛み付かれると抜けたり、コルクの部分が割れて羽が取れたりしますが、それでもかなり長持ちします。羽が全部取れたら先だけ取り替えれるのも素晴らしいですが、結構いいお値段がするので我が家では抜けた羽を置いておき、先が全部無くなったら紐の先に羽を直接１本括りつけています。それだけでも猫はすごく食い付きます！その羽がボロボロになるまで遊んだら次の１本…というように３本分遊び倒したら新しい羽を買うようにしていますが、この方法だとかなり長持ちしますよ！値段は少々高めですが、これだけ長く遊べるお得だと思います！

いろいろ似たような商品を買っては見たのですが、何にでも好奇心を感じるような子猫はともかく、成猫は簡単に興味を示しませんでした。その中で、このフェザーワンドだけは成猫も興味津々。ヒモが長いわりには意外と丈夫で値段に見合った性能があります。使い方次第では鳥が部屋の中を飛び回るように振り回せたりもして（ちょっとした熟練は必要なので、広いところで練習してからのほうが良いと思います）、猫関係なく、結構遊べます。何より、羽先の部分は交換するための備品も別売りされてるのが良いですね。

高齢になりあまりオモチャを追い掛け回さなくなっている我が家の老齢猫も思わず追い掛け回すほどの威力があるようです。先端部分はナチュラル素材になっているので間違って食べてしまっても安心なのも飼い主としては嬉しい配慮かと思います。先端は壊れても交換できるのも◎思いのほか喰いつきがよく飽きずに遊ぶので反応がよかったらすぐにでも替えの先端部分をご購入しておくことをお勧めします。

私の環境では失敗しました。作りはしっかりしていて、かみ癖のある子でも、簡単に噛みちぎれないようにできています。そのため、結構重いです。うちの猫は激しい動きが好きなので、結構激しく動かす必要があるのですが、ちょっと疲れます。うちの子はあまり食いつきませんでした。

他にも羽系のおもちゃはあるのに、2匹の猫達の目の色が変わりました！しかし、コルクの部分が噛みつきやすいので、くわえたら離さず、あっという間にぼろぼろになってしまいました。柄は丈夫なので、ﾚﾌｨﾙを付け替えればよいのですが、お値段がちょっと高いので、星4つにしました。でも、猫達には大評判なので、ﾘﾋﾟします！！
