Q: What is the average molecular weight of this PVC?

Idk I used it in pyrotechnics to send stars to space in a 3" meteor lmao. Look up lab grade pvc if you want the technical specs of the product im just your simple pyrochef.

Plastisol is the primary material used to make soft plastic lures. Plastisol is heated to approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit to cure. PVC powder, the way I've learned to use it is like a chemical weld when mixed with acetone and applied to other PVC parts. This way dissimilar "PVC" parts can be welded together. PVC powder can be heat melted and injected into a mold but I've never approached that method. It sets up hard once the acetone evaporates away and the PVC parts become one welded mass. I put the PVC powder in a sealed glass jar and add acetone until I have a thick paste. It can sit this way for months unused. Then I apply the past to a PVC object I'm fixing or joining to another PVC object. Good luck, be well.

I don't think so . PVC powder is basically high purity ground up plastic , and thus insouble in water . I don't see how something insouble in water could stiffen fabric . In order to stiffen fabric , you could use starch which is souluble in water . They use to use starch in the old days in launderies to stiffen close . I would do some reseach to find out what type they would use .

Q: Is this the product used to seal straws in semen preservation?

Umm not sure its used in pyrotenics and epoxy but I would check with your health department or semen control, maybe contact johny noxsvile for handleing and preparation of preserving semen.
