These Post Fender Strips are a great way to protect your Pleasure Boat from scars, scratches and other marks.. Measuring 4' x 2" W x 2" Thick. They are vinyl clad cushions over a metal strip at the dock post strip. Being dock post mounted, they are always in place for all DOCKING MANUVERS! Vertical mounting is the best way for mounting. So mounted, protection can cover the different "freeboard" surfaces upon boat approach to the dock. Each Fender Strip is secured by 6 screws to the post. Good Product. PBR New Eng.

Quality of item was skillful! Packaging was super. Very fast dispatch. Remarkably pleased.

The pads looked great and were easy enough to install but we had one storm which caused our boat to bump our bulkhead a bit and all three of our pads have huge chunks missing. Trying to contact the manufacturer to see if there is anything they can suggest but can't find their info anywhere. It's a shame because before the storm the bumpers looks and felt awesome!

Bought product for my boat. First test of product. Picture shows no previous touches or rubs. Product fell apart over night. Request refund or replacement. No means to do so on Amazon.

I put the small ones at the bow of my mini barge, and the 2x4 size in the middle for bumpers. I also siliconed them into place along with drill screws, so far no issues. They’ve held up pretty good, not too soft, not too hard. Time will tell with UV rays. The smaller ones seemed less quality, with some thin spots and nicks. And as one other reviewer said the end caps were a pain. I only put 1 out of 8 on, they don’t line up well, and are small, easy to bump out of place. The ends are sealed without a cap, so I just left them.

I used the duck edge on the stern of my sail boat to cushion the dingy docking. I had to cut it to length and I added new holes for fastening. this was easy to work with and turned out very well. The end caps were not as easy. Instead of treated wood they had a SS washer cast into the foam caps. I needed to drill the washer out to a larger size but that caused the washer to spin within the foam casting. Also, the caps tend to distort easily during the installation so great care must be taken in aligning and tightening.
