Sturdy, effective, and stylish.
This product is exactly what I was looking for. I would however suggest applying a silicon jell if you are going to use these connectors outside. After I connected the wires, I applied a silicon jell to stop the wire from corroding and water accessing the wires.

Just what I needed
I used these to modify some LED pool lights that only came with 50 ft cables. These use R/G/B with return which worked well with the 4pin configuration. A smaller version would be great as I was concerned about these fitting through all my conduit joints. These did fit fine. The waterproof feature was a "must have" for me as part of the conduit run is below water level.

Great little device
Well built and perfect to extend the line between my low power solar lights and panel. Very well built easy to use but pay attention to not invert polarity when using for DC CONNECTIONS.

works good but not easy to install
My first time using one was a learning curb. I cut the wires too long and stripped the wire too long. It was easy to just cut the wire shorter and try again. I still had too much wire and had to just cut shorter a second time. The amount of wire used in the connection fooled me. Be prepared to try again.

I was thinking these were a waterproof quick disconnect but they are not.
However, they are easy enough to take one side apart if needed once in a while for service. They are waterproof and are well made. Think of them as a reusable Butt connector but without the need for crimping. Screw tightens clamping on wire strands. Tin the wire will make it easier but not really necessary.

Extra screws
While it did take some work to use, things probably would have been easier with the larger size. But the purpose of this review was to express thanks for the extra screws that were included. Drop one of those tiny screws outdoors and you will never see it again. Ask me how I know...

Pleased with them
Reworked my whole landscape lighting system. These helped get good solid connections. They connect good and tight and are supposed to be water proof. We be ordering more to keep on hand. Great purchase.
