Incomplete order
I love this flour, but I ordered a case of 6 bags and only received 1 bag. Super frustrating.

Great for non yeast baked goods
Have tried baking with many gluten free flours, this by far the best for making cookies and muffins or quick breads, that do not use yeast. All recipes turn out great. Texture of end result is very good.

A Godsend
With an addiction to white wheat flour AND a gluten-free husband, my life has been much too complicated of late. I noticed this product being touted by none other than Thomas Keller on Facebook, and decided to give it a try. Paid $20 for one bag at a well-known cooking supply retailer. But...wow. I don't know what the heck they do to make this stuff seem so much like wheat flour....but whatever it is, they're geniuses! I've made several of my husband's old favorite recipes with this stuff, including my blondies, and they taste so close to the "real thing," even I'm satisfied. The real test will be next weekend, when I make my stepmom's famous cake, but I have high hopes. Buying the six-pack from Amazon saves you about $25 off the high price, so it's worth it if you bake a lot. Highly highly recommended!!

Slit in three bags
I ordered these and I had three with slits in them! I didn’t notice until I had flour everywhere, before I officially opened them myself. Meaning they were not sealed!
