Q: What's the expiration date of this product?

I can not remember the exact Exp Date. But I can tell you, they come slightly chilled and are meant to be eaten soon after arrival. My Tokyo Bananas did not last a full week, both my children and husband loved them. I think I need to order some just for myself ;0).

Q: The price though I have a box here they were only $6 why the extremly huge mark up?

My guess is in the states they're only available as specialty imports.

Q: since the life span of this is 12 days at room temperature and it takes about a month to arrive is it ok to freeze it until eaten?
