I bought this scraper because of a review on America's Test Kitchen. I use a prep bench where I need a scraper to not only move food but to help clean the butcher block. This scraper is sharper than any other one I've used, but not so sharp that you need to protect your hands. It cleans up easily, and because the blade is thinner than many other scrapers, it gets even the smallest bits of whatever you've sliced or diced to the stove or bowl. This scraper is a keeper, and highly recommended. For the price, it's a no-brainer!

Great quality. First saw it used in America’s test kitchen. It has a handle and flexible blade for scooping up anything i chop— and scrap off my cutting board. it’s great for dividing bread when baking. i don’t know how i lived without this for as long as i did.

I hesitated for many months before buying this scraper since I am not a hardcore baker. Now I wonder why I waited. This scraper is so handy any time you are cutting things up. It makes scooping up chopped vegetables a lot easier. I use this thing every day. I have not compared this brand to others but I do know it was recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. It is well made and sturdy. I love it.

The grip is good, it's a nice weight and it scrapes up food perfectly. My only issue is that ours has a rough edge where the two sides are bonded together, that you feel against your palm. I can sand down so it's not a big deal. Good value for the price. Recommended as a Best Buy by America's Test Kitchen, and I agree.

My go to dough cutter and bench scraper. I use it nearly every day. It is comfortable to use and cleans easily. I did put it in the dishwasher once and it got a couple spots on it from that. No harm except to my self esteem.

I have this one and the OXO version. I use both, but I prefer this one for cutting dough or as a scraper because the blade is a little "sharper." Plus the handle area is a little flatter than the OXO and I like that better, as well.

I have used this to transfer chopped veggies from the cutting board to the pot. I have severe arthritis in my hands so this is very helpful.
