What battery life does this have on standard AA batteries and can I fit a lithium battery instead?

The Battery life of GPi CASE depends how you use it. It only fits with 3 AA or R6 battery, Or you can use included USB cable for charging.

I have 3x aa duracell rechargeable 1300mah batteries i was wondering do they recharge on the dc5v input and if so how long does it take?

Hi, No it won’t charge them - the DC powers the device only.

Is there a case designed for the Raspberry Pi4?
