Terrible instructions and very flimsy wood
Its nice design thats about it. The price is way too much for that wood its very flimsy and feels like it will snap. You can see screws everywhere which doesnt look great. ive put a few folders in very light and already the shelves are moving. the door isnt firm so no point having then lock, i took door off so i can access my folders easily it was rubbing on my folders. And the instructions... if thats what they were. Im not the one to leave negative reviews but this one had to be left.

Dont waste your money. Flimsy and hard to build.
The write up actually says it will take one person minutes to assemble. It even uses the word 'Fun' regarding the DIY building. I can confirm that 2 hours later and many blisters, this is tosh. The instructions are Chinese with teeny tiny pictures, there are parts (washers?) that fit nothing. You literally can not build it as per instructions unless you have handy an octopus willing to hold it all together. The unit itself is flimsy and looks very cheap. The best bit is that it comes with a lock. Ha ha ha ha, you can open the door with a stern look.

Note to self….read the reviews!
This looks amazing in the picture! However! You need to be an octopus to build it…the boards are flimsy and there is no way you can get an A4 folder, pad or book in without a bit of bending. The instructions are all in Chinese, the pieces are not numbered so you are left trying to identify what comes next - squinting helped a little…..not one of my best buys!

Absolute rubbish
Assembly instructions were terrible. Couldn’t tell which way round the pieces went, which meant having to unassemble several times which damaged the board. There was a QR code on the instructions, this seemed to open a chat app so useless. Also if you assemble as instructed, it puts too much pressure on and damaged the pieces of board. Absolute rubbish quality. Doubt it will last long before falling apart. Screws sticking out so useless for keeping paper neat and in order. Washers not mentioned in instructions so no idea. Total waste of money.

Cute and effective. Good value
Overall this is a good product for a home office. It enables me to fully put work away the moment I lock it shut after switching my work laptop off. It also has a cute free phone stand.Use:I use this to store blank note books, envelopes, leaflets and feedback forms, with stationary and headphones on top.Sturdiness:For home use it’s sufficient, though I wouldn’t want to put too many heavy books in it due to the material and assembly. I think this will last a few years. As long as you’re realistic it’s great.Assembly:Someone to help hold boards in place whilst I put the screws in would have hugely helped, but I managed with using books to lean bits against. The picture instructions are sufficient, which is essential as the written notes were not in English. Getting the screws in straight first time is essential due to the way they hold the shelves up- see photos.Value:For what I paid, how well it works, storage size and overall design, this is great value. Just be realistic about how you intend to use it. Great for home use.

Looks sturdier than it is
Took about 15 minutes to put together with poor pictorial instructions. Seems I had one part the wrong way round but noone will notice. As long as you dont move this around too much it will stay in one piece but suspect it wont hold out over time. The wood is quite thin, the lock is more for a childs piece of mind that their secret items are locked up as one slight push and the lock pops. Bought to store odds and ends at work in one place, does the job.

Disappointing
It looks ok but is much more flimsy than it looks on screen. The drawer also doesn’t fit together which is annoying so there’s now just a gap at the bottom. I doubt it’ll last very long with my kids using it as art storage.

Instructions in Chinese
Unfortunately the instructions were written in ?chinese.Thin materials, managed to build, looks good though not keen on the amount of visible screws.Unable to use lock as there wasn’t anything to secure it to the box.Otherwise it does the job
