Wow, I took this to get off of a sleep medication I’ve been on for years. I’m finally able to unwind at night, relax and sleep. My mood has improved for the better after being medication free and GABA gives you a sense of happiness.

Bought for my husband for anxiety, panic attacks, and noisy mind in a high stress job position. He notices the relief quickly, unlike anything else he's tried. He keeps it on hand always. I am genuinely happy that it appears to work so well for a lot of people but I was NOT one of them. I figured the possibility of anxiety relief made it worth the risk but jeez. I have pretty much all the side effects others described: nausea, increased anxiety, headache, flushing, stomach cramps, etc. Also, idk how anyone is okay with the taste. It tasted soooo nasty. I do feel sleepy also though so I guess it worked in that sense? I dunno but I will definitely not be taking this again.
