Even though I don’t use it often, it works wonderfully when mixed with other ingredients, especially for duck recipes. Strong anise or something flavor
The one of the flavors is so strong that I couldn’t bare to eat it. I used a couple of sprinkles and the anise or one of the spices taste is strong. Too strong for me. Someone else had stated the same thing. Now I should say I don’t know what 5 spice is supposed to taste like but if this is true authentic, then I will never use this spice mixture. I’m not going to say it’s bad, just not for my liking.
