I purchased this awhile ago and just started using it. So easy too make, dissolves easily and keeps well in the fridge.I use this mainly for coffee, cooking and cereal. It tastes great to me, there is that small amount of flavor that I can tell it's powdered milk. It's not a strong taste like back in the 70s and that government commodity powdered milk. This has a fresh taste to it and a nice mouth feel like straight from the carton.This is a nice product and cheaper than buying my lactose free milk, this just doesn't bother my stomach. I will certainly purchase again.

This powder milk is exquisite, delicious and no soy or fillers. Hormone free powder milk from the USA. I love it with coffee or simply diluted in water as regular milk, the taste is so good. I highly recommend this product, affordable price.

This is a great tasting whole milk powder that we use in place of fresh milk. My wife and I do not drink milk, but use it in coffee and recipes. When we buy fresh milk, it almost always gets thrown away due to spoilage. So to avoid that, we now buy milk powder.A table spoon to a large coffee with a very vigorous stir, and it tastes great. For recipes, we add the powder directly to the ingredients, and sometimes we mix it with water for fresh and tasty milk for serving.The only downfall is the mixing. This does not mix well. Our solution is to stir vigorously and long for coffee, and when mixing with water we use a mixer, and even then, it has lumps. We then strain it for a smooth tasty milk.That said, the milk does look, smell and taste fresh with a full whole milk flavor. I am happy with this powder and we will contiune to use it daily for our needs. I give it 4 stars.

I got 3 bags. I bought 2 of these for my grandmother abroad who loves it for her Bru coffee. I tried it and I also liked it. So, I got another bag for me to make some chai.

I'm a former pro pastry chef, and a lot of my favorite recipes use buttermilk. Because I live in a rural area, it's not always practical to drive 40 minutes to get fresh. It's Just - Powdered Buttermilk works as well as the real thing. It dissolves well and my baked goods always turn out as expected. It's so much better than what you can buy in the baking aisle at the grocery store, and much more economical.
