The foam ends are quite comfortable. Easy to use. Hurt a bit with a prolonged nosebleed but ok for one up to 30 minutes.

Much easier than holding your nose for 10 minutes - although I never use them in public! Need to place them on the fleshy lower part of the nose, as recommended by doctors, and not on the bridge.

I have used other clamps for years, bought this design for the first time a week ago.Dry run, I put a clamp on my nose for several hours to establish how it felt.It felt more secure than other clamps I have used, possibly because the pressure was greater than I wouldhave liked.This clamp has no inherent adjustment so I re-used an old idea with some thread and a cocktail stick toreduce the pressure. See attached photograph.Two days ago, with a real nose bleed, the clamp worked fine.

With their sponge heads, they comfortably gripped my nose and stemmed the bleeding, allowing me to have two free hands.The nose clips are robustly made and the sponge heads are washable.Thoroughly recommended!
