This collagan supplement works super fast! At first I was so happy as I have been recovering from a tendon injury In ankle within few days dramatic improvement. Downside..I noticed 3 pills a day were too much..so started taking one a day..as this works well it may not be for everyone. I felt it was causing change to hormones in negative way. My chest muscles were extremely sore..I stopped taking completely and maybe will take one pill a week. I don't understand what they put in this particular supplement that affects hormones but was uncomfortable.
