Top quality noodles – takeaway taste, bulk bargain
Proper takeaway-style noodles at home – brilliant valueThese are the real deal. Proper Chinese takeaway-style thick noodles that hold their bite and don’t go mushy. You get a huge amount for the price, and because they’re egg-free, they suit pretty much everyone. Quick to cook, perfect for stir fries, chow mein, or even in broth. This 4kg box lasts ages – definitely a staple in my pantry now.

I watch a mother and son who owns and run a Chinese takeaway, they also run a Chinese cooking class and it's all over YT...these are the noodles bought and used by your local Chinese takeaway..Ziang's food workshop is their channel...absolutely brilliant flavour and robust when you cook them for no more than 4 minutes...then under a cold tap...reheat and finish cooking them in the wok...thank you Ziang's for the great videos.

Absolutely gorgeous, tasty noodles. They don't clump together when cooked, and I will definitely be ordering more.

Great noodles but all in one bag
The noodles are tasty, good quality and portioned up in a great size, however I was expecting to open the box to have them in smaller packages inside. This isn't the case, inside there is one bag with the noodle nests inside so you will need to transfer to other container(s) to keep them fresh. Not a deal breaker as they're great value, but had I known this in advance I could've made better storage arrangements ahead of delivery. Highly recommend the product, though.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak for about 4 minutes. Stir noodles and leave to soak for a further 4 minutes. Drain and refresh by running cold water.
