Incredible !!!Purchased this massager along with a 2 pack of a smaller version. This massager functions much like the others. Only difference is it is much more ideal for a male or someone with longer fingers and/or big hands. It is constructed out of a higher grade of plastic making the product worth the extra money to buy just one. I do alternate between this product and the smaller version as the tension or depth of the massage is increased with smaller products. This product is at least 2 inches longer and will actually slide down over the sides of the hand allowing you to massage the palmar and dorsal surface of the hand.Have had numbness and loss of tactlile sensation in my fingers on my right hand due to carpel tunnel syndrome and Dupuytren's contracture, which had progressed over the last two years to the point where I could not distinguish touching objects and was constantly dropping everything.I started with warming each hand by placing them in warm water for about 5 to 10 minutes and then massaging each finger up and down and rotating the massager 20 to 30 times two times a day. I have been amazed at how quickly the numbness has decreased and the sensation in my fingers has gradually almost returned to normal.This is the simplest and easiest device to use and for the low cost the benefits will make you wonder why you had not heard of this massager.Buy several and give them to family and friends as Christmas presents. I bought a pack of 2 and keep one at home and one in the car. You can place it between your seats or center console in your car and massage your fingers while you drive. Just started this during my commute to and from work. Talk about relaxation after texting, typing, etc. AMAZING!!!

Obviously not the solution to hand arthritis, but it does help to relieve stiffness.

I love this little device. It really helps with my trigger finger. I had a cheap hard plastic one that I had before this one. It worked great but it broke after being used for awhile. This one is more durable. And it has a massager at the other end that works the palm of my hand.

One massager arrived with a broken wheel & is unusable. It appears to be a manufacturer defect as there was no damage to the outer package. The other massager is intact & seems to work well so far. I purchased two of these so I would have one to use at both home & work so I’m disappointed overall in my purchase.

I am concerned about the long term durability of this tool, but it gave instant relief. My item did not have much flashing, and only on areas that will not contact my skin.It was able to even massage the delicate area between pointer and thumb that often causes me significant pain, and I could not ever get enough pressure to relieve with only my other hand. 100% worth for the price.

My husband loves it and uses it all the time. Really helps relieve tension in his hands.
